Add SFTP client Kerberos gssapi-with-mic authentication method

SFTP client does not support gssapi-with-mic authentication method. When method is chosen by client and server the username/password is prompted with interactive command line input. Instead username password setting on endpoint should be set as authentication credentials automatically.
