Architecture.md instructs people to use DVC APIs that aren't supported

The Microsoft DVC APIs aren't actually supported. See Citrix technical support case #80408273. Microsoft's DVC APIs work in XenApp, but don't work in XenDesktop.

Open docs/architecture.md and review the quoted paragraph about Microsoft’s DVC APIs, ICA, and XenDesktop. Use the issue’s support-case finding to correct the unsupported guidance, then verify that the paragraph no longer tells readers to rely on APIs that do not work in XenDesktop.
