ADC SDX 12.1, 13.0, and 13.1 Command Reference Missing

First, the Citrix ADC SDX Command Reference is not available through the modern Developer Docs website at all, there is no reference to it whatsoever on developer.cloud.com in the App Delivery and Security section.

Second, while the documentation does appear to still exist on the old developer-docs.citrix.com site, no version of the documentation exists since the 12.0 version. The docs.citrix.com documentation portal for ADC SDX contains a section on "SDX Command Reference" for 12.1 and 13.0:

What happened to this documentation for the ADC SDX command line? Why isn't it maintained anymore?
