Formatting in command reference is mangled for every example

Formatting on virtually every single example throughout the docs is mangled and makes them incorrect for difficult to read. For example, see this under the "Example" heading

i) bind cs vserver csw-vip1 -policyname csw-policy1 -priority 13 ii) bind cs vserver csw-vip2 -policyname csw-ape-policy2 -priority 14 -gotoPriorityExpression NEXT iii) bind cs vserver csw-vip3 -policyname rewrite-policy1 -priority 17 -gotoPriorityExpression 'HTTP.REQ.HEADER("a").COUNT' -flowtype REQUEST -invoke policylabel label1

Clearly example 2 and 3 should be separated from each other and not on a single line. This is three separate examples, not one and should be distinct.
