Description
## The adopt a drain curator has added a new field ( drain_type ) to the CSV file.
* "drain_type" exists in the data.world GRB Storm Drains dataset ( citizenlabs/grb-storm-drains ) as "dr_type."
* dr_type is hardcoded to 'Storm Water inlet drain '
* change the hardcoding to reflect the value found in the CSV file
* dr_type can be changed in the Jupyter-notebook wrangling cell ( scripts/adopt-a-drain/01.Dev.Process.ipynb )
