Description
When a user clicks "invite" to add a new user, a "success, invite has been sent to {email address}" message should be shown, and the invite form should be cleared.
Additionally, let's also ensure that the instructions for setting up an account here are up to date: https://github.com/cisagov/crossfeed/blob/master/backend/src/api/users.ts#L127-L153
