Description
The tart formula currently downloads pre-built binaries from github (but not homebrew bottles) and the primary artifact is a `.app` bundle. That's what casks are for. I'd suggest either converting your formula to a cask or adding compilation steps to the formula.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the tart formula and Homebrew's cask requirements. Determine whether the existing GitHub binary and .app bundle fit a cask, or whether the formula needs compilation steps, then verify the selected packaging approach installs correctly.
