[Bug] 跳转控制似乎不起作用

### Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. 启用杂项中的跳转控制功能
2. 添加配置项`A,P:cn.wps.moffice_eng;`
3. 重启 QQ
4. 在 QQ 中使用 wps 打开文档

### Expected behaviour/预期行为

应该直接跳转到 wps。

### Actual behaviour/实际行为

仍然会提示“即将离开 QQ 前往其它应用”。
