[Bug] 下载文件重定向排除频道缓存失效

### Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1.进入频道，进入某个子频道
2.查看该子频道消息
3.查看系统相册，频道内图片消息被自动缓存

### Expected behaviour/预期行为

频道内图片消息应该不会被下载到本地相册，缓存文件应该不会被系统相册识别到。

### Actual behaviour/实际行为

系统相册读取到了频道内的图片消息，查看图片路径见图，关闭模块后不会复现。
