[Bug] QQ频道内自定义猜拳骰子无选择框

正常情况下应该出现选择点数弹窗

直接发出，并且沿用QQ频道外自定义的点数（没有自定义点数则为随机）

Start at the cc.ioctl.hook.chat.CheatHook entry point and trace how the custom dice emoji is handled inside QQ频道, comparing it with the behavior outside QQ频道. Done means that tapping the emoji shows the point-selection dialog and no longer immediately sends a message using the outside-channel setting.
