Reproduce the issue in QQ/TIM 9.1.67.25220 with “remove message list top banner ads” enabled, then trace the implementation of that option and the SVIP renewal banner. Done means the existing option removes this banner too, or a separate toggle reliably controls it without affecting unrelated content.
