[Bug] 特别关心通知单独分组 功能 特别关心通知单独分组异常

### 复现步骤 / Steps to reproduce

1.安装并启用模块
2.启用“特别关心通知单独分组”功能
3.进入系统通知设置关闭除”特别关心通知“以外的通知渠道

### 预期行为 / Expected behaviour

在特别关心发送消息时正常在通知栏收到特别关心的私聊消息

### 实际行为 / Actual behaviour

在特别关心发送消息时通知栏没有收到任何消息（如开启QQ自带的特别关心提示音依然能正常听到QQ的提示铃声）

如同时启用联系人消息通知渠道时能正常收到特别关心消息，系统标记通知渠道为特别关心通知。

Start with the me.singleneuron.hook.SpecialCareNewChannel entry point named in the log and reproduce the issue with only the special-care notification channel enabled. Compare behavior with the contact-message channel enabled; done means special-care private messages appear in the notification bar under the stated QQ, Android, and module versions.
