[Bug] 被赞说说不提醒

1.动态发布说说之后 被他人点赞 还是会被提醒

这个功能处于失效状态 看了一下qa的异常排查 这个功能没有报错 但就是不生效

Start with the cc.ioctl.hook.notification.MuteQZoneThumbsUp entry point named in the logs and compare its initialized, enabled, and error-free state with the reported behavior on QQ 9.1.75 under Android 15. Reproduce a like on a posted status and verify that the configured notification behavior matches the feature's intended result.
