[Bug] 在电脑端上撤回自己的消息手机上不会提示

1. 登录手机和电脑端
2. 在电脑端上撤回自己发出的消息
3. 手机端不会提示消息被撤回（撤回的消息扔被保留）

### 预期行为 / Expected behaviour

手机端也会显示我撤回了一条消息

### 实际行为 / Actual behaviour

现在是灰字也没有，消息也还在，就如同我没撤回过一样，这个容易忘掉我撤回了哪条消息了

其实还挺想要能反撤回自己消息的功能的。。

Start by reproducing the cross-device recall scenario on Android 14 with QQ/TIM 9.1.15.20970, using the attached RevokeMsgHook-1733725179105.txt log as the initial reference. Done means a message recalled on the computer is shown as recalled on the phone rather than remaining unchanged.
