[Bug] 屏蔽大号Emoji功能失效

### Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

用小号在群里发送超级表情，大号接收得到大号emoji。

### Expected behaviour/预期行为

不再出现大号emoji，仅仅只有普通的小表情。

在接收到表情之后变成了大号emoji，功能失效。

日志提示：未见明显异常
此功能在2024年8月15日提出请求并加入CI版中，目前采用的CI版本即是第一次加入此功能的版本

The log identifies me.hd.hook.DisableBigSticker as the relevant entry point. First reproduce the behavior with QQ 9.0.65 on Android 14 using LSPatch, then inspect that feature's implementation and its hook assumptions. Done means received super emojis are suppressed while ordinary emojis still appear.
