The original HTTP request header is in uppercase, but it becomes lowercase after being forwarded by cilium-envoy. Is there any way to preserve the original header name without any processing?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing an uppercase HTTP header being forwarded through cilium-envoy, then investigate whether the forwarding path can retain the original header name without processing; done means the forwarded header preserves its original capitalization.
