Plugins developers discussion area

Hi,

According to @chubin on #68, ther ae now 4 supported editors : Vim, Emacs, Sublime, ??? and soon there should also be an Atom plugin.

I think that It would be useful for all the plugin devs to have an IRC channel, a mailing list, a Mattermost or whatever to discuss the functionality available for the different editors so that we can improve all plugins.

For instance, I saw that the Sublime plugin can display 3 answer at a time, I think I will add to the Vim plugin the possibility to display N answers (the user can set the N).

What do you think ?
