Bad RSS feed link in :intro

Using the link at the very bottom of cheat.sh/:intro for the rss feed may no longer be a valid link. This is what I received when using it in newsboat: Error while retrieving https://twitrss.me/twitter_user_to_rss/?user=igor_chubin: HTTP response code said error 521

Start at the bottom of cheat.sh/:intro and inspect the RSS link to https://twitrss.me/twitter_user_to_rss/?user=igor_chubin. Verify whether the endpoint is still available and determine an appropriate replacement or removal; the issue is done when the displayed RSS link no longer points to a failing feed.
