OS cheat sheets

Create cheat sheets collection for different operating systems types and distributions,
to cover the most important operating system related specific tasks,
such as package management, user management, boot procedure management etc.

Consider *bash4all* (by @tpanj) integration, where some typical tasks are already covered.

Start by reviewing the proposed task lists in the issue and the existing coverage in bash4all. Define the typical OS-specific tasks and the operating systems or distributions to support, then provide a first cheat sheet example and determine how bash4all integration should be handled.
