File ordering in notes folder

### Describe your issue

When I am adding notes in a folder in numerical order, it should be sorted in ascending order by name as it is standard when saving files with numbers. But it is currently in descending order

### Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new folder in tasks
2. Add files with same name and number at end - like - Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3

### What was the expected result?

They should have been displayed in ascending order
