Learn more links on github and website are circular

Not a huge issue but I thought it was worth pointing out. Currently the 'Learn More' links on both the github and the website just link to each other, this is probably confusing to some people visiting the website from the github link.

### Steps to reproduce

Click 'Learn More' on github repo
Link takes user to haptic.md
User clicks 'Learn More' on haptic.md
Link takes user to github repo.

### What was the expected result?

I would expect the Learn More link on the github to link to documentation or a roadmap etc.
