Add the Ability to edit local Documents when using the WebApp

### Describe the feature

When using another Markdown Editor ([Meridiem](https://meridiem.markwhen.com/)) i came across this amazing feature where it lets you open a local folder and then lets you directly edit the local files. I think this would be awesome to have in haptic as well.

It is very useful if you have a local connection of notes that you want to keep local and edit in different editors.
