[Feature Request] - External Task Syncing

### Describe the feature

When writing up notes, the user should be able to define some text as a "task". This item should be recorded in the system as such and be available for syncing (along with status) to externaly systems (e.g. Vikunja).

- Bi-directional status syncing to external system
- When external task is created, any exernal updates to the task name dont' have to flow back
- Link to the note in question along with the task name should be part of the creation

### It should be implemented because

To avoid having to break out to another system to create tasks or action items.

### Additional context

Syncing due dates and fine grain statuses would be lovely but IMO not required for an MVP. [Clickup](https://www.clickup.com) has a simlilar implementation in their product.
