White flashbang on each refresh of the page

### Describe your issue

On each refresh of the page there is this blank white screen that appears for a split second. When the device is in dark mode this is especially annoying as on each reload of the page it appears like a flashbang.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Load/reload the page to the see the white blank screen.

### What was the expected result?

1. When the device is in light mode, this behavior is fine.
2. But in dark mode, i expect the blank screen to at least have the same bg color as the dark mode of the app.

A sub issue could be to not have a blank screen but instead show a logo or a simple loader.
