[Bug]: Docs - The chroma cloud upsell toast causes the page to overflow

### What happened?

When the CloudSignUp (components/header/cloud-signup.tsx) is rendered, it causes the page to overflow which negatively affects the scrolling behavior of the site. The headers, which is fixed at the top of the page, is able to scroll up, thus disappearing. When you close, the issue goes away.
