fix: sync errors cannot see

Cannot select error and expand

### Steps to reproduce

1. Run `agentsync`
2. Go to `[2] Sync`

### Expected behavior

Expand error and see what the error is.

### Environment

- agentsync: v0.2.0

Run `agentsync` and navigate to `[2] Sync` to reproduce the issue shown in the attached image. Inspect the Sync entry point and the error display behavior; done means an error can be selected and expanded so its details are visible.
