minimums and maximums of price as feature

What I was also thinking about was including a feature that houses a grounded element regarding price on a specific route.

Imagining a feature where on a per row basis, we have a "lowest average price in month" or "total lowest price." It seems like a good feature, but now worries me because we likely could get away using this feature all the time for anyone interested in flying anywhere. "When is the best time to buy?...well just look at which month had the lowest and we suggest then." At the same time another feature now comes to mind like including the standard deviation minimum and maximums for a monthly basis.
