NY model vs other cities

So if we manage to get a decent performing model predicting prices(?) time(?)...I wish we could feature extract from a model.

Regardless, if we manage to make a model fitting to NY, I wonder if we should also filter another region in and see how well our NY might perform to compare against our initial goal....it may be generalized enough honestly. Or otherwise it's also a way to show how we can expand on the project (not actually get that far in reality).
