create master notebook

We'll have to create a master notebook that cleanly organizes the deliverables of our project (what we would choose to present to a crowd).

We have our papers and our presentation to make which is more of a priority to complete. The master notebook I'm thinking here could even just be a skeleton. But ideally house the content we all wish to include in our discussion of the project and filtering out any junk we wouldn't want to show (i.e. plots that aren't worthy to focus on).
