Description
Create choo app installs the latest packages by default. Tachyons v7 was released recently (accidentally?). However, it breaks create-choo-app (the style sheets do not get bundled). Because create-choo-app does not target specific versions, it may install major updates that break the applications.
(This may be related to an upstream issue in Tachyons, https://github.com/tachyons-css/tachyons/issues/576
