Usage screenshots is showing usages of `choco list -lo`

### What You Are Seeing?

Several images that we are using in the documentation, as well as some example code is still using `choco list -lo` or one of the alternative switches.
All of these images needs to be updated as part of the new functionality in Chocolatey CLI v2.x, alternatively it can be seperated into tabs that show both Chocolatey CLI v2.x and Chocolatey v1.x.

### What is Expected?

By default images and code should use the latest recommended/supported approach of calling commandts.

Start with the package-audit and package-synchronization pages linked in the issue, then search the documentation for `choco list -lo` and its alternative switches. Update screenshots and example code to the latest supported approach, or separate Chocolatey CLI v2.x and v1.x examples into tabs. Done means the documented images and examples no longer default to outdated commands.
