Formatting for the choco new command is difficult to follow

The help for various commands is automatically generated from `chocolatey/choco`, however the output for `choco new -?` contains linebreaks that don't come across to the docs and make it difficult to follow.

## Why Is It Needed?

The output on the CLI is clear that this is a list of default properties to pass to the template.

However, this is just a string of words that doesn't make sense on the docs page:
