Make docs printer friendly

## What New Or Updated Would You Like To See?

Supply an easy "Print" button to print the documentation out. When printing, the documentation should be formatted correctly and easy to read. Perhaps a version number/git sha or a date should be included too.

Some users might like to view printed documentation.
