Description

## What New Or Updated Would You Like To See?

The [documentation for `list`](https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/choco/commands/list) and similar commands (`search`, `find`, etc) mentions that a `` term can be used but say nothing about _how_ it can be used or how filter term(s) are used when searching for packages.

## Why Is It Needed?

Users occasionally attempt to use filters like `partial*` and expect them to work, but they don't. We should explain what kinds of filters are acceptable and how choco will use them to search for packages so users can search effectively.
