Expand Upon Current CCM LDAP Setup Doc

### Description of Changes Requested
Need to expand upon the CCM LDAP setup doc. [Current page](https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/central-management/setup/website#step-4.3-ldap-configuration). Mainly add note explaining this enables login only for CCM currently. Also pointing people to review new users permissions/roles upon setting this up.

Also needs re-wording that having an email address entry for the user in AD is a requirement since email address is mandatory field for CCM user entries.
