Example In Ubiquitous Install Directory Doc Does Not Work

Need to change the Usage and See It In Action sections in this doc: https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/features/install-directory-override to show a working example with another package such as vlc instead of 1password.

This is due to the 1password package having been an inno setup exe file in previous versions but today the 1password package is a different executable type that Chocolatey is unable to detect.

Hence when running the example currently outlined in the doc pictures you get the following error:

ERROR: Unable to detect installer type and override install directory. Please remove --install-directory override switch.
The install of 1password was NOT successful.
Error while running 'C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\1password\tools\chocolateyInstall.ps1'.
See log for details.
```
