Description
When running a `choco sync` command it will take the version from the installer and use that as the version of any package it creates. As this can be wrong (in the case of Google Chrome and Adobe Reader in the past) should it use the version displayed in Programs and Features instead?
Perhaps a switch to allow the choice?
