### Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

It would be useful to display a `last updated` time and date on each individual documentation page.

### Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Displaying a `last updated` time and date would be useful because it will help user and the Chocolatey team understand when the individual page was most recently updated without having to go searching through git history. This could come in handy when customers reach out to support, to help us identify areas where we need to update or improve our documentation.

### User Story

As a user of docs.chocolatey.org,
I want to know when the particular page I am looking at was last updated,
so I can understand if the documentation may be outdated or recently added.

### Additional Context

_No response_
