Central Management - Add Note Telling How CCM Deployments append certain command arguments to choco install/upgrade commands

## Enhancement Suggestion
Expand the Script tips at the "Create New Deployment Step" with a note telling of how " --no-progress --run-actual -y" is appended to any choco install/upgrade command references. I'm not sure what should be done between the difference between GUI-creating an Advanced Script (with auto choco script expansion), or via API (no auto choco script expansion), but for me it's more logical if both situations are the same and than my suggestion would be to never add code to the advanced option.
