Helper cmdlet documentation updates for CLI v3.0

## What New Or Updated Would You Like To See?

Updated documentation for the rewritten C# cmdlets as they are rewritten for CLI v3.0.

## Why Is It Needed?

All rewritten helper commands will need their documentation updated when they are rewritten as C# cmdlets, both to reflect any changes, and to work with the PlatyPS documentation pipeline.
