Description
## Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.
I would like to see a command (perhaps `choco support` as it already exists in the licensed extension) that can help users gather relevant information and direct to where to submit the issue.
## Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?
I was looking to report an issue with git on Windows, and discovered `git bugreport`. This tool is fairly rudimentary, but it captures the main details for submitting a bug and asks the user to complete some information much like GitHub Issue templates.
## Additional Context.
Instead of pre-loading a text file that the user then has to fill out, it might be beneficial to ask the questions, then launch straight to GitHub issue creation (or send an email for licensed extension).

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing `choco support` command in the licensed extension and the GitHub issue templates referenced in the request. Clarify whether the open-source command should gather answers interactively, launch GitHub issue creation, or provide another submission path; done means the supported flow and requirements are agreed.
