Move team members (and authors) information into partials.

## Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Moving team member (or maybe even authors) into shared partials that will be imported on build time would be helpful, as this information is used on the about page and also on the blog. This will also allow the About to page to be more templated, as in we define a template for a team member, and then loop through each partial file to add information.
