Sonatype Nexus' new usage restrictions make using it as the default repository provider problematic for more than trialing with the environment.
### Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?
Switching to Inedo ProGet allows us to continue to offer a world class repository solution that is free to use, with a paid offering if desired later, while also offering Chocolatey-specific feed types and features.
