Add Nexus and CCM packages to upgradeAllExceptions Config Setting

## Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.
Have too many trial customers running a `choco upgrade all` on their server and loosing the SSL config for Nexus because they didn't run the upgrade with the correct or any package parameters.

## Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?
People don't read the docs. Adding this doesn't allow them upgrade the core services without intentionally wanting to do so.
