Description
I can see this in bal.xsd , but not in the app.
The main reason I'd use chocolatey is mainly (but not only) to manage portable apps in E:/MyApps/ , how do I specify that dir in app, or Choco ?

Research direction
Start by reading bal.xsd and tracing how SuppressOptionsUI is represented or consumed in the ChocolateyGUI app. Determine whether the requested E:/MyApps/ location is intended as an app setting or a Chocolatey configuration option; done means the supported location can be specified through the appropriate interface.
