Include information of Chocolatey Version being used

When running ChocolateyGUI its version is being displayed, but it would also be useful to display the version of the Chocolatey also being used for debugging purposes.

This Chocolatey version should also include information about whether it is a licensed edition, or the FOSS edition currently being used.
