Update .Net Framework dependency once new package is available

Currently, Chocolatey GUI takes a dependency on the `dotnet4.5.2` package, as this is required to run Chocolatey GUI. There is some work ongoing to create a new, consistent, set of .Net Framework packages. Once these are available, this dependency should be changed to use the new package.

Locate the repository reference to the `dotnet4.5.2` Chocolatey package and check whether the replacement .NET Framework package is available. Update the dependency to the new package, then build or test Chocolatey GUI to confirm the application still runs with the changed requirement.
