Image positioning breaks renderer

Attempting to load a doc with a positioned image (wrap text, break text) causes that image not to be displayed. Other images in the doc are not affected.

Reproduce the issue with a document containing a positioned image using wrap text or break text, then trace the renderer entry point that processes images. Confirm that the positioned image is omitted while other images remain visible; done means both positioning cases render without regressing unpositioned images.
