Holding keys doesn't move cursor in vim mode

This is a bug with version 3.6.1 in the Chrome extension.

Normally, when I hold a key in Vim mode to move the cursor (eg, holding "k" to move up a line), it works. In the editor for Web Maker, it does not work. Most of them just move the cursor one position. The "l" key also will pop up some information bubble - I have no idea what that information bubble is supposed to do.
