Setting default CSS Preprocessor seems to do nothing

Hi,
Regardless of the settings value. I have to set the CSS mode in the CSS pane drop down.
Yet when I start a new web-maker project it picks up the default CSS value I set in the Settings section. Further when I went back to my previous project the SCSS was not set. I had to save the workspace for it to take.

So it a little confusing.
